  • Why is the billing procedure changing?
    Some insurance companies will only reimburse the patient directly and we are forced to collect payment upfront. To streamline our billing process and improve efficiency, we will now collect payment upfront and submit the claim to your insurance on your behalf. This change helps reduce delays and ensures that payments are processed promptly.
  • How will this new billing procedure work?
    At the time of your appointment, we will collect the full payment for the service. After your visit, we will submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. Any eligible reimbursement will be sent directly to you.
  • How will I know if my insurance claim is approved?
    You should receive an explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance company detailing what has been covered.
  • Can I still use my insurance benefits?
    Yes, your insurance benefits will still be used. We handle the claim submission process for you, which helps ensure that you receive the maximum benefits available under your policy.
